Not on the Play Store yet — this is a direct APK download. Android will warn you
about "installing from an unknown source" the first time; that's expected, not a
sign anything is wrong. Follow the steps below.
How to install
- Open this page on your Android phone (Chrome works best) and tap Download for Android above.
- Once the download finishes, open it from the notification, or from your Files / Downloads app.
- Android will show "For your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source." Tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then go back.
- Tap Install, wait for it to finish, then tap Open.
- Sign in with the username and password given to you by your admin.
- When asked, allow Location and Camera permissions — needed for site check-in/check-out and service photos.
Already have the app? Downloading again and tapping Install updates it in place — no need to uninstall first, and none of your saved sign-in or pending data is lost.
